Concatenate all data based on criteria I am trying to clean up a converted PDF document in Excel. I need to concatenate several cells of data. The number of cells that I need to combine in-between items varies throughout my file (2-5 different cells of data in-between item changes). Here is what my data looks like.

I have a list of dates with data and notes associated with them many of the dates repeat. i used the unique function to separate them into discrete days, and now i wish to bring all the notes associated with a particular day into a note field and concatenate them together.
Remember that using " AND" to concatenate your criteria means that all three must be met in order for a record to be returned. If any two match, but the third doesn't, no records can be returned.
