Mar. 23—Some of the best dulcimer and old-time music artists from around the country will descend on Palestine to headline concerts and lead workshops at the 2023 Old Time Music and Dulcimer Festival.

Marvin Glueck of Oran, Missouri, fell in love with the dulcimer when he first heard one being played in Branson, Missouri, while on his honeymoon in 1980. It was then that he decided to learn to play.
