I’m out in New Hartford at Lafa Mediterranean (4666 Commercial Dr) enjoying their Saj. Lafa is the only place I know of in Upstate that makes fresh Saj to order. For anyone unfamiliar, Saj bread is a Middle Eastern flatbread that’s thin, soft, and slightly chewy — kind of like a cross between a tortilla and a pita.
