I’ve been making crispy smoked salmon “jerky” (or salmon bacon 🥓) for as long as I’ve had an air fryer. Sometimes I brush maple syrup, honey, or teriyaki on it 🤤 and it makes it sweet, salty, and crispy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method: air fry your favourite smoked salmon pieces at 375F for 8 minutes or until crispy.
