Five things I do to feel and look younger than ever: 1️⃣ I workout. I ride my Peloton an average of 9 miles a day. I have remained consistent with this for years. In September I hit a PR and rode a total of 293 miles. I also strength train about 3x a week to stay strong, not just “fit.” I went from doing 1 push up in 2023 to now doing 3-6 sets of 10 2️⃣ I fast. Intermittent & long fasts.
